Welcome to Villa Mascia
The property is located over Cala del Rio, in the locality of Anacapri, not far from the Blue Grotto and the Archeological site of Damacuta. It’s totally immersed in the green of the Mediterranean vegetation of its garden and is developed on three levels.
The main section of the house has two double rooms with bathrooms as well as a large living room, kitchen and laundry.
In the large outside area there is a patio overlooking the bay of Cala del Rio and a marvellous swimming pool.
Exploring this part of the garden we come across the three guestrooms, each with double
bedrooms and bathrooms, a solarium and a garden area with a wood-burning oven and an
outside kitchen. Continuing along the pathway to the higher part of the property we can find the last
guesthouse which is completely separate and equipped with a kitchen and a large outdoor
space.

The Structure is situated inside a private park “Parco Silvania”, along the street to the Blue Grotto, easily reachable by car and public transport. The villa offers a parking area and staff available for guest’s needs.
